Mukul Rastogi - Vice President, Human Resource
Mukul Rastogi is the Vice President of Human
Resources of the Lifestyle Retailing Business
Division. Mukul joined ITC in 1989 after
completing her Masters in Personnel Management& Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of
Social Sciences, Mumbai. She began as a Management
Trainee in the Packaging and Printing Division and
then moved to the Tobacco Division. During her
tenure in the Tobacco Division, she handled a wide
range of responsibilities in Industrial Relations,
Recruitment and Human Resource Management at the
Unit level as well as at Divisional Headquarters.
She moved to the Lifestyle Retailing business at
its inception in 1999 to head Human Resources.
Mukul has been a member of the CII National
Committee on Empowerment of Women at the Workplace
for the years 2005-06 and 2006-07. She is a member
of the CII National Committee on Education for the
year 2008-09 and 2009-10 and is a Member of the HR
Committee of RAI (Retailers Association of India).
R. Dhamotharan - Head, Buying & Merchandising
R. Dhamotharan is Head of Buying & Merchandising for the Lifestyle Retailing Business Division. He is responsible for Product & Purchase Management, Sourcing, Product Development, Quality and Supply Chain.
Dhamotharan is a graduate in Textile Technology and MBA from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore. He has over 20 years of experience across the apparel supply chain from fibre to retail. He joined ITC in March 2011 after working with the Aditya Birla Group, Madura Garments, Arvind Brands, among others. He is also a member of the board of Studies of PSG College of Technology since 2003.
